Things to consider

In order to deliver the best experience possible to all of our human and animal guests, Raleigh Grooming Co. asks that future and returning clients kindly read through the considerations

below.

  • All pets must be on a leash


  • Rabies vaccination is required

    May email or bring in at drop off

  • Pet grooming is by appointment

    So please be prompt when dropping off and

    picking up. We will not accept appointments more than 15 minutes late.

  • Grooming can take 2-4 hours depending on the needs of your dog

    It is important that you give us this time to safely and slowly work on your dog.

  • Please give your pet enough time to relieve themselves beforehand

    We have an easily accessible poop station outside for easy pick up and disposal.


  • Missed appointments are subject to the cost of full groom

    Missed appointments are subject to the cost of full groom, and must be paid in

    full before being able to make another appointment.

  • Make cancellations or reschedules at least 48 hours in advance.


  • Any dematting that is needed for your pet can incur a fee.

    However our policy is “Humanity before Vanity” and we can discuss this at drop off.

  • Excessive Tick Removal (more than 5 Ticks) will be subject to a fee.


  • We kindly ask that female dogs in "season" be rescheduled.




  • Dogs must not be in our care for more than 5 hours. Please plan accordingly.


  • We close at 5pm. Dogs must be picked up 15 minutes before close or there is a late pick up fee.
